If anything should happen to your headset that causes it to stop functioning as it is intended for the lifetime of the product, give us a call at 1.866.424.0575. We charge a $68.00 replacement fee (plus $5 shipping and handling) for replacements of the single ear models. Additionally, customers are responsible for the return shipping of their original headset (typically, this is no more than a few dollars using USPS).
Thirty Day Manufacturer Guarantee
If within 30 days of purchase your headset experiences a manufacturer's defect, give us a call at 1.866.424.0575 and we will make arrangements to get you a replacement headset at no cost to you. Simply mail your original headset back in the new packaging sent with your replacement.
