The radio is not the only facture sound might be lacking. The manufacture usually puts together a sound package as a upgrade and it meets a price point. To make a big difference the whole package might need to be changed. The cheapest way to improve a sound system is to make note of what you are lacking whether its overall loudness, frequence, bass and address that one at a time to reach a level of satifaction for what you diid based off what you have spent.
