I have a 2024 Peterbilt with the digital cluster and Smart steering wheel.. Is there a harness so I can swap out for a Pioneer radio, and retain the steering wheel controls and antenna and all?

There is a harness for the speakers and power which would be the BT ISO DIN.  You would have to use a universal steering wheel interface for the steering wheel controls.
