After installing new head unit into a 2019 Kenworth W900, using 70-1784 wire harness, the OEM NavPlus touchscreen built into dash does not work. Is there a way to retain the NavPlus touch screen with an aftermarket head unit?

The screen will only work with a OEM radio.
