Having trouble with cb radio bleeding into my am/fm radio. My local cb shop rewired cb and installed new antenna and same issue exist . Would a heavy duty am/fm radio eliminate this problem?

When a CB bleeds through to AM/FM it is usually subject to the amount of Mod the CB has or location of the CB antenna or antennas.  Have heard of this on aluminum style semis with poor ground.  Changing to another radio might help but cain't be sure.
