i have a 05 peterbuilt with concert class system i have harness btisodin going to put in pioneer deh-150 how do i hook amp wires and sub to harness

You should be using the BT ISO DIN harness which will have a blue wire that would need to be hooked to trigger on the factory amp.  The speaker wires feed the amp source input so that is done when you hook up the speakers normal.
