I’m trying to upgrade the stereo on my Peterbilt 379 but it was a a 12 pin connector /harness coming out of it so not sure if you guys carry that or what radio can I buy.

What year is the truck, harness are based off year. The 12 pin harness sounds like a Panasonic radio pigtail. Look farther down into the wire for additional connectors
