I have a 2010 389, I already have a single din aftermarket pioneer head unit, the truck has a smart nav screen. Which harness do I need?

If its the old standard smart nav use the SmartNav + Ant Adpt for 52.95.  If its the Smart Nav Plus, use the BT ISO DIN.
