we installed a Pioneer radio in my 2021 KW T270 and everything works fine until you thru light on and then the radio shuts off. you turn lights off then the radio comes back on. what do I have hooked up wrong? thanks for the help

A easy mistake is sometime a installer will determine that a wire is a ground wire when it is normally test to ground with a tester.  That same wire once the headlights are turned on will now have 12 volts on it.  It is actually a illimunition wire.  Take the ground wire loose and ground the radio to metal ground and recheck.  Hope this works
