2019 KW T680 didnt come with a factory radio. There is speakers in ther door but no plug for the head unit anywhere. What will the simplest way be to have this wired?

For the factory to put speakers in they would have to connect the speaker wires to them which means there would have been a harness with wires in it for speakers as well as power. Since the truck did not come with a stereo the connecvtor can be as much as a foot away from the opening, up, down , left or right of the radio placement hole. They will sometimes wire tie it or slightly tape it to another group of wires. Look again it is there.
