You would have to use a universal version where you will have to wire from scratch without truck wiring info. Test to find right wires. You might luck up and get all the functions to work. Be sure to check truck to make sure it is not canbus. If it is the steering wheel controls work with a OEM canbus radio

For the factory to put speakers in they would have to connect the speaker wires to them which means there would have been a harness with wires in it for speakers as well as power. Since the truck did not come with a stereo the connecvtor can be as much as a foot away from the opening, up, down , left or right of the radio placement hole.
