I need a radio harness for a 2013 Isuzu NPR but none of the ones on the site seem to match up to my existing connector. Please advise, thank you.

Sorry, if you need a different version we could not find any solution except just hardwire it. If you don't want to cut the factory off, use T-Taps to connect the new radio pigtail
