Not familiar with the factory radio in your Kenworth.  Check the owners manual if you have one.  Most radios will pair by making sure the radio is turned on and you put the PHONE in pairing mode to find the radio.  Once you have found the stereo you select it to pair the two.  Hope this

That year International can sometimes have more than one possible harness.  In you case you might try looking farther down the factory
harness to see if it is plugged into the mate we have on your radio,  as the pic shows.
