I havea 2004 intenational 4300 that never had a radio in it, however the speakers and antena is there for a radio> Found the 12 pin conector off factory wire harness. Also found a 6 pin conector in factory wire harness. I am awsuming both of the pins

The 12 pin if it is small white in color is the radio harness.  You would use the BT PAN CAS to plug into it and wire the other end to your new radio.

If the unit plugs in the truck and does not turn on, you need to check to make sure you have power supplied to the radio.  The radio needs 2 sources for power.  1 on the red wire which should be switched with key and 2 one for battery supply for settings and clock.  Check for power to these wires.  If power exist check  the radio fuse.  It should be around the power plug for the radio.  If fuse is good and radio still does not work, you would nbeed to return   Read more...
