I just bought an aftermarket Kenwood deck for my '06 Peterbilt. Do you have a adapter harness for it, or do I need to cut and splice wires?

You need the BT ISO DIN harness. This harness is designed to splice onto the radio harness you got with the new radio. An then plug into the trucks' factory harness. No cutting on the truck. The BT ISO DIN harness is color coded to match your new radio.
