2005 379 wanting to add speakers in the b pillars. Not there from factory will the wiring be there?

There is a slight chance it will be there. Usually what decides that would be at the time the truck was ordered, did it have the Preminum sound system laied in or mot. The manufactor does not waste harness if they were not paid for in the begining..
