Have a 2003 international 4200, factory harness that plugs into OEM radio is 12 pin with all green wires and one white wire. Just verifying the right harness i need. Thanks.

If you trace the wire down the wires into the truck and don't find another harness then it would be either BT PAN CD or BT PAN CAS. CD for a factory CD OEM and CAS for a OEM Cassatte radio.
