2000 International 4900 with panasonic 2000B radio. has a 16 pin white plug going to two harness plugs. We looked and could see no other plugs. jvc kd-rd98BTS radio. We assume the white plug will not just plug right into it? What do we need.

Was the OEM radio a cass or CD. Choose the BT PAN CASS for cassette OEM or BT PAN CD for the OEM CD. If your factory radio was just AM/FM choose the BT PAN CAS
