I have a 2014 KW t680 with steering wheel controls, will I lose this with an after market stereo, or do you have an interface to make it work?

There is no dedicated adaptor for this. There are universal ones if your radiohas the option for a steering wheel control. You will be on your own to make the connections. No tech available.
