I have a 2020 Freightliner Cascadia That I would like to put an after market radio in. I was told that this truck cannot take an aftermarket radio because the factory radio is integrated with the computer system. Does this sound right to you?

If your truck is a CanBus truck where the truck has an onboard computer that works the radio, you are somewhat right.  The workaround is to hook the radio to the speakers like normal and run the power for the radio to another source like the fuse panel to by-pass the factory-supplied power for the   Read more...
