Do any of the Pioneer radios you offer have switchable 4channel to 6channel operation. As to turn on and off the sleeper speakers in a 2013 KW T800

Not aware of any offerings. You can set up your own with a radios preamp outputs to run a seperate amp. That amp is usually controlled by the blue/white wire from the radios harness. If you toggle this wire before the amp it will turn off the amp. This will give you a seperatecontble set of channels for your speakers. HINT use a digital amp that will be small to run your speakers. These style of amps draw very little current and will give you a powerful sound. Hope this helps.
