Just bigger. Parts are caculated the same, wire size etc. Try to think of what would happen if the power wire shorted out, so doing it as safe as possible. Protect the power wire with split loom and be sure to fuse 6 inches from the battery. Fuse siz is always caculated from wire size. Route the wire carefully avoiding areas that might pinch, rub. Use lots of wire ties. Don't let 4 batteries scare you. They are used to give the truck starting power. Its hard to turn over a deisel. Any connection to a single battery will give you 12 volts. A semi is harder to do because of its size and your ability to get to areas you need. Good

Size wire based on the current draw of the amp. Place a fuse holder 6in away from the positive battery post. Size the fuse based on the size of the wire you are using. The amp will have its own fuse. You are not fusing the amp but the wire. Make sure that you are not sujecting the wire to any strain or potentional hazard like turn, bends or fold over

Not sure but personal experience has proven to me that it will be within 12in of where the speaker is mounted. Usually wires are ran back to the radio from the whloe so work you way toward the radio. OEM speaker wires will usually have the connector fittings on them. So look for wires that have connectors. Manufactures tend to wire tie the speaker wires to a main larger feed wires. Meaning the wire bundles made for each application alreay have the wires as they are laid out in the truck. If no speaker come with the truck then those wires are tied off close to where they are
