I have a 2016 kw T680 and I do not know how to get the speakers in the sleeper to work can you please help thank you

If you have a amp factory that works the sleeper speakers you will need to trigger it on. If you are using one of or harnesses make sure you hooked up the blue/white wire to the remote trigger from your new radio. If you don't have a amp they might be controlled with a volumn control from the rear.
