I have a 2018 Peterbilt 389 with factory smartnav is there a way to change the head unit and keep the smartnav? Or will it not work?

Once you remove the factory radio, you loosthe monitor. No aftermarket radio is set up to work as a interface for the SNAV monitor, sorry.
